North Korean defectors aged 50 and over were sampled using a stratified random sampling method. A total of 215 cases were analyzed by hierarchical regression. In the analysis to find factors affecting the level of life satisfaction among old North Korean defectors, the level of PTSD symptoms and social support network was determinant for the level of life satisfaction, and recognition about government support affected the level of life satisfaction.
